We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, as it is very close to downtown and the bus terminal. It made it very convenient for us to explore the city and visit all the best places. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved the view from our room. The staff at the receptionists were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and checkout process smooth. We also appreciated the amenities provided in the room, such as air conditioning and an in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus and allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay.

The hotel offered a great breakfast option that provided delicious and complementary food. the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, as it was close to many restaurants and historic sites. the hotel had safe parking and ample space for us to park our car without worries.

Although the hotel had excellent amenities, the customer service was lacking. the receptionist was not very friendly, and the check-in process took longer than expected.

We had a great stay at Hotel Ha. The valet parking provided peace of mind for our car. The bellhop went above and beyond, running up three stories to return our forgotten credit card. The room was pleasant and the view from the window was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel.

You get to come back to a clean place after touring the city, and the rooms are modern and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable, and you have a great view of the city. The staff is friendly and informative, and the porter is very helpful. This hotel is perfect if you are looking for convenience and comfort.
